Ingredients:
450g pizza dough
100g mozzarella
50g melted butter
2 cloves
garlic Salt and pepper
Optional parsley
Preparation:
1. So first, preheat oven to 180°C. Then roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into even pieces of about 10cm.
2. Now, mix the mozzarella, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Take a piece of dough, place a tablespoon of the cheese mixture in the center, fold the dough over the filling, and press the edges together firmly.
