Add warm milk , yeast and sugar ,mix then add butter ,egg mix everything together.
Add flour raisins and salt to the wet mixture mix until a dough is formed.
Transfer the dough to a greased bowl cover with a damp cloth or cling wrap,place it in a warm place and let it double up in the size.
After doubling in size transfer on a slightly floured surface then knead it for 2 minutes.roll it out and flatten with a rolling pin it should be smooth..
Roll and fold the dough until it’s the size of your loaf pan make sure you tuck in the 2 ends of the dough.
Place the dough in prepared loaf tin cover with a damp cloth and let the dough double up in size again.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 30 – 35 minutes brush the loaf with melted butter once it’s form the oven.
