A refreshing salad of watermelon, kiwi, and green grapes, perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
Watermelon: 500g, diced
Kiwifruit: 3 pieces, peeled and sliced
Green grapes: 300g, halved
Lime juice: Juice of 2 limes
Fresh mint leaves: A handful, chopped
Instructions
Cut the watermelon into small cubes and remove the seeds.
Peel and thinly slice the kiwifruit.
Halve the green grapes and set aside.
In a large bowl, gently combine the watermelon cubes, kiwi slices, and halved grapes.
Squeeze the juice of two limes over the fruit mixture.
Add the chopped mint leaves and mix gently.
Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve the salad in a beautiful bowl and garnish with additional mint leaves, if desired.
