Prepare Pudding
Make vanilla pudding according to package directions. Set aside in the refrigerator.
Cut Biscuits
Open the can of biscuits and cut each one into four pieces.
Heat Oil
In a Dutch oven or deep fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Dough
Fry a few biscuit pieces at a time for about 1 minute per side or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Prepare Cinnamon Sugar & Pudding
Fill your injector or pastry bag with the chilled pudding. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
Coat in Cinnamon Sugar
Roll fried biscuit pieces in the cinnamon sugar mixture while warm.
Fill with Pudding
Push the injector tip into each popper and fill with pudding until full.
Serve Immediately
Top with powdered sugar or a drizzle of chocolate if desired. Serve fresh and enjoy!
