Instructions
Start by seasoning the pork pieces on both sides with salt and ground black pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, chopped garlic and dill well.
Spread a layer of the butter mixture on each piece of pork and then place a slice of cooked smoked bacon on top.
Roll each piece of pork tightly and secure it with a skewer. This will help the rolls retain their shape during roasting.
Fry the pork rolls: Heat some cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the pork rolls on all sides until golden brown. You can finish cooking them in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes, or until the pork is fully cooked.
