Directions:
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the lobster tails, flesh side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the shells turn bright red. Flip the lobster tails, spooning garlic butter over the flesh, and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until fully opaque. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and olive oil. Once melted, add the scallops in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Sear scallops for 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown with a crispy edge. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Return the lobster tails to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter mixture over the seafood to coat.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges for added brightness.
