Prep the Seafood:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange the salmon fillets and shrimp on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes for the salmon and 6-8 minutes for the shrimp, or until the seafood is cooked through.
Cook the Vegetables:
While the seafood is baking, steam the broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the steamed broccoli and corn, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve:
Arrange the cooked salmon and shrimp on plates. Spoon the cheesy broccoli and corn alongside.
