No-Crust Ham & Spinach Quiche – Healthy & Savory

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a pie or baking dish with olive oil.

In a skillet, sauté the spinach for 2–3 minutes until wilted. Let it cool slightly.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk until well blended.

Add in salt, pepper, and thyme. Mix well.

Fold in the ham, spinach, and mozzarella cheese.

Pour the mixture evenly into the greased dish.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the quiche is firm in the center.

Let cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy warm or chilled!
