2 onions, finely chopped
6 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp oil
6 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt

Preparation:
Wash, trim, and finely chop the beans.
Cook the beans in boiling salted water with the savory for about 12-18 minutes. The beans should not become too soft.
In the meantime, prepare a marinade with the finely chopped onions, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
Strain the hot beans and toss them with the marinade. Then cover the salad and refrigerate overnight.
