Massages with essential oils

How does it work?
Mix one teaspoon of essential oil with one tablespoon of vegetable oil ( sweet almond, olive ) and massage from the bottom up to promote blood flow back to the heart.
herbal bath
A relaxing bath that stimulates blood circulation .
Recipe :
- Boil a handful of mint, chamomile and bay leaves in 2 liters of water .
- Allow to cool, filter and then add to the bath water with a tablespoon of baking soda.
- For light legs, bathe your legs daily for 10 to 15 minutes.
Salt and vinegar immersion bath
An effective combination for muscle relaxation and vein strengthening.
Preparation :
- Fill the bathtub with lukewarm water.
- Add 250g sea salt and 250ml apple cider vinegar .
- Massage your legs while bathing.
Repeat four times a week for visible results .
