Massages with essential oils

Circulation-promoting oils   :

  • fennel
  • cypress
  • Orange
  • lemon
  • rosemary

How does it work?

Mix one teaspoon of essential oil with one tablespoon of vegetable oil   (  sweet almond, olive  ) and   massage from the bottom up  to promote blood flow back to the heart.

herbal bath

A relaxing bath that stimulates blood circulation  .

Recipe :

  1. Boil a handful of   mint, chamomile and bay leaves   in   2 liters of water  .
  2. Allow to cool, filter and then  add to the bath water with a tablespoon of baking soda.
  3.  For light legs, bathe your legs   daily for 10 to 15 minutes.

Salt and vinegar immersion bath

An effective combination   for muscle relaxation and vein strengthening.

Preparation   :

  1. Fill the bathtub with lukewarm water.
  2. Add   250g sea salt and 250ml apple cider vinegar  .
  3. Massage your legs while bathing.

 Repeat four times a week  for visible results  .
