Instructions
- Prepare the Rosemary
- If using fresh rosemary, rinse the sprigs thoroughly under cool water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Boil the Water
- In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the Rosemary
- Remove the pot from the heat and add the fresh rosemary sprigs (or dried rosemary) to the hot water.
- Steep the Tea
- Cover the pot and let the rosemary steep for 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.
- Strain and Serve
- Strain the tea into a cup to remove the rosemary leaves or sprigs.
- Optional Additions
- Add a teaspoon of honey for sweetness or a squeeze of lemon juice for a citrusy twist.
- Enjoy Warm
- Sip your rosemary tea while it’s warm and savor the soothing herbal flavors
