Honey Mustard Ham Steaks

Instructions

Step 1: Prep Oven & Pan
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a large baking sheet.

Step 2: Arrange Ham Steaks
Cut ham steaks in half if large.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3: Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, honey, whole grain mustard, Dijon mustard, water, and garlic powder until smooth.

Step 4: Coat & Bake
Spoon the sauce evenly over each ham steak.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Optional Step 5: Broil
For crispier edges, broil for an additional 2 minutes — but watch closely to prevent burning.

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with roasted potatoes and green beans, or use the ham in a sandwich for a hearty meal.
