Homemade cheese with 1 liter of milk, half a lemon and 1 yogurt

Preparation  :

  1. Put the milk in a saucepan and heat for about 15 minutes  .
  2. Add the yogurt and lemon juice  ,   mix slowly for a few seconds and let stand for 3 hours  .
  3. Then,   sift into another pan and pour the mixture with the cloth or napkin to separate the cheese from the whey  .
  4. Precisely   the part remaining in the fabric must be shaped and kept in the refrigerator for 30 minutes  .
  5. Next step,   we take it out of the fridge  ,  open the cloth and sprinkle a little salt on it  .
  6. We wrap it again as we gave it and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours  .
  7. When it spends this time in the refrigerator  ,   it will be ready  .

One suggestion is to use leftover whey to incorporate it into other recipes. Many people use it to make bread and even crackers; it can also be used to marinate meat, make fruit smoothies, and more.
