Preparation :
- Put the milk in a saucepan and heat for about 15 minutes .
- Add the yogurt and lemon juice , mix slowly for a few seconds and let stand for 3 hours .
- Then, sift into another pan and pour the mixture with the cloth or napkin to separate the cheese from the whey .
- Precisely the part remaining in the fabric must be shaped and kept in the refrigerator for 30 minutes .
- Next step, we take it out of the fridge , open the cloth and sprinkle a little salt on it .
- We wrap it again as we gave it and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours .
- When it spends this time in the refrigerator , it will be ready .
