Instructions:
1. Warm the tortillas slightly on a skillet until soft and pliable.
2. Spread a layer of ranch dressing or yogurt sauce on each tortilla.
3. Layer grilled chicken, avocado, tomato, red onion, and cilantro.
4. Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper and a squeeze of lime if desired.
5. Fold the sides in, then roll up tightly into a wrap.
6. Optionally, toast the wrap on a pan to seal and crisp slightly.
7. Slice in half and serve immediately.
