Fantastic cheesecake with 500 g quark and 1 pot of natural yogurt

For the base
200 g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
70 g sugar
70 g butter
2 large egg yolks
1 tbsp milk, if necessary 2 tbsp
For the topping:
80 g butter
200 g sugar
5 large eggs, separated
500 g quark
1 sachet of pudding powder, vanilla
6 tbsp condensed milk
1 pot of natural yogurt (150 g, not low-fat)
½ lemon, the juice
Butter, for greasing the springform pan
