Cook the crepes until the batter is finished and set aside. In a pan, melt butter, add mushrooms, and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in the liquid cream and spices. Place a slice of ham on each crepe, add 2 tablespoons of the mushroom mixture, and fold in your desired shape. Place the crepes in a baking dish, sprinkle with grated Comté. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve with a salad.
