Instructions:
Prep for Baking:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
Make the Crust:
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are thoroughly moistened. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a firm crust.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until well combined.
Add Eggs and Flour:
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour until the batter is smooth and lump-free. Be careful not to overmix once the flour is added.
Assemble and Bake:
Pour the prepared cream cheese batter evenly over the graham cracker crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges appear set and the center is still slightly jiggly when gently shaken.
Cool and Chill:
Remove the pan from the oven and let the cream cheese squares cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once cooled to room temperature, refrigerate for at least 2 hours to fully set.
Slice and Serve:
Once thoroughly chilled and set, cut into squares. Serve cold and enjoy!
