Cookies and Custard Cake

Ingredients

For the Custard:

  • 1 liter whole milk

  • 2 sachets custard mix

  • 120 g sugar

For the Base:

  • 2 packages Maria cookies (~400 g)

  • Coffee (optional, for dipping cookies)

For the Chocolate Covering:

  • 1 bar dark chocolate (200 g)

  • 200 ml whipping cream (milk cream)

To Decorate:

  • Cocoa powder or chocolate chips
