Slice cucumbers thinly, dice peppers, and cut onions into thin rings.
Mix all vegetables thoroughly in a large bowl.
Boil vinegar, water, sugar, salt, mustard seeds and peppercorns in a saucepan.
Pour the hot broth over the vegetables and mix well.
Pour into sterile jars, close tightly and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool and store in a cool place.
