1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with oil or cooking spray.
2. Make the Batter:
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.
Add milk, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until smooth.
