How to make chocolate:
Step 1
Place the hazelnuts on a baking tray lined with baking paper

Grill for about 10 minutes at 180°C. Then remove from the oven, let cool, and set aside.
Step 3
Chop the dark chocolate with a knife
Step 4
Place it in a heat-resistant bowl
Step 5
Pour some water into a heavy-bottomed saucepan, place the bowl of chocolate on top, and turn on the heat.
