Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Press half of the chicken mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Layer the ham slices over the chicken mixture, then sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.
Spread the Dijon mustard over the cheese layer.
Press the remaining chicken mixture over the top.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
