Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones

Steps

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly mixed.

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the refrigerated pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick. Cut into 4 equal squares.

Place about ⅓ cup of the chicken Alfredo mixture in the center of each dough square.

Fold dough squares over the filling to create pockets. Press edges firmly to seal and crimp with a fork if desired.

Brush tops of calzones with olive oil. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush egg wash over the calzones for a golden finish.

Arrange calzones in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between each. Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.

Remove calzones from air fryer and allow to cool for one minute before serving.
