Beef Meatballs Recipe

1️⃣ Soak the Bread

In a large bowl, combine the diced bread with cold water.

Let it soak for at least 5 minutes.

Mash with a fork until it becomes a smooth paste with no chunks.

2️⃣ Make the Meat Mixture

To the mashed bread, add:

Ground beef

Grated gouda and parmesan

Beaten egg

Minced garlic

Dried parsley

Salt, pepper, and paprika

Finely chopped shallots

Mix everything thoroughly with your hands until well combined.

3️⃣ Preheat the Oven

Set oven to 180°C (350°F).

Line a baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
