Beef Broccoli in Noodles Recipe

Instructions

1. Marinate the Beef

In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.

Mix well and set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Cook the Noodles

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

Drain and set aside.

3. Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water or beef broth. Set aside.

4. Stir-Fry

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
