Instructions
1. Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
Mix well and set aside to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook the Noodles
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
3. Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water or beef broth. Set aside.
4. Stir-Fry
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add garlic, onions, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return the beef to the pan.
Pour in the sauce and cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until it thickens.
5. Combine
Add cooked noodles to the pan. Toss everything together until well coated with sauce and heated through.
6. Garnish and Serve
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds (if using).
Serve hot and enjoy!
