Whip the Coffee Mixture
In a medium bowl, combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water. Using a hand whisk, electric mixer, or milk frother, whip the mixture for 3–5 minutes until it turns light, thick, and creamy. The texture should be like stiff peaks of whipped cream. -
Prepare the Glass
Fill a glass halfway (or more) with cold milk and ice cubes. For a warmer drink, you can use hot milk instead — just skip the ice. -
Top with Whipped Coffee
Spoon the fluffy coffee mixture over the milk. For a signature swirl effect like in the picture, use a spoon or piping bag to create a high peak. -
Serve & Enjoy
To drink, stir the whipped coffee into the milk for a smooth, latte-like treat. -
