Yes, it is a delicious dessert , but we have made it something healthier by adding bananas than a classic chocolate mousse. This allows you to add less sugar , since bananas are already naturally sweeten.

This recipe contains eggs, milk and cream and is therefore definitely not vegan. To make a vegan version of banana chocolate mousse, combine 2 ripe avocados, 2 ripe bananas, 1/3 cup of coconut oil, 1⁄2 unsweetened cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Pour in overrun moulds and leave it firm in the refrigerator. You can also use frozen bananas for this recipe!
