Ingredients
For the Pie Filling:
- 1 ½ cups pecan halves
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup dark corn syrup (or substitute with maple syrup for a deeper flavor)
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for a slightly thicker filling)
For the Pie Crust:
- 1 pre-made pie crust (or homemade, if you’re feeling extra)
