– 2 salmon fillets, cut into pieces
– 225 g fettuccine pasta
– 30 ml olive oil
– 30 g butter
– 3 garlic cloves, chopped
– 240 ml heavy cream
– 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

– 2.5 g red pepper flakes (optional)
– 15 ml lemon juice
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation:
1️⃣ Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Then drain and set aside.
2️⃣ In a large pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter has melted and begins to foam.
3️⃣ Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic, as this will make it bitter.
