Ingredients

 1/4 cup sliced scallions

 1/4 pound andouille sausage, diced
 1/2 pound frozen shrimp, cleaned and deveined
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
 1/2 teaspoon oregano
 1/2 teaspoon thyme
 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
 Pinch of cayenne pepper
 Juice of one lemon
 1/4 cup white wine

 Large tortillas
 Tortilla chips
