Greek Salad – Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cucumber, cut into pieces,
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved, 1 red onion,
finely sliced, 150 g feta, diced,
100 g black olives (e.g. Kalamata), 100 g green olives,
2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice,
1 tsp oregano (dried or fresh), salt & pepper to taste.
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl.
