Samoosa Recipe

Ingredients

 Dough:

240g  flour

6 tablespoons vegetable oil

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon of spice (thyme or any preferred spice)

Warm water (as needed to form dough)

Filling:

4 medium Irish potatoes

4 handfuls green peas

2 large carrot

400g minced beef or meat

4 cooking spoons vegetable oil

2 onions (sliced into thin rings)

2 teaspoons curry powder

1 pinch garlic powder

Stock cubes (to taste)

Salt and ground pepper (to taste)

Optional: extra masala spices for added flavor
