3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls

1. Prep the Sheet
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2. Make the Base
In a large mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and creamy.

3. Sweeten the Mix
Add powdered sugar and vanilla (if using). Mix until fully combined, scraping down the sides as needed.

4. Form the Balls
Scoop into tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls. Arrange on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Chill to Set
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or until firm.

6. Optional Chocolate Finish
Dip or drizzle each chilled ball with melted chocolate for a finishing touch that takes them over the top.
