🥩 Grilled Ribeye with Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

2 ribeye steaks (1–1.5” thick)

Salt, pepper, garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil

Garlic cream sauce:

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup Parmesan cheese

1 tsp parsley, salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Season steaks and grill/sear to desired doneness (about 4–5 min per side for medium).

In a saucepan, melt butter, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Add cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until thickened. Add parsley, season, and spoon over steak.

🦐 Seared Shrimp with Bacon
Ingredients:

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

½ tsp paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

4 strips bacon, cooked & chopped (or wrap shrimp pre-searing)

Instructions:

Toss shrimp with seasoning.

Sear in oil or butter for 2–3 minutes per side.

Top with crumbled bacon or serve with bacon-wrapped shrimp.
