
🥣 Dahi Chana Chaat (Yogurt Chickpea Salad)
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, onion, tomato, green chili, coriander.
2. Mix in curd, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.
3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle tamarind and green chutney on top in swirls.
4. Garnish with sev or pomegranate.
5. Serve chilled.
