Ingredients:
1 cup boiled white chickpeas (chole)
1 cup thick curd (yogurt), whisked
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1–2 green chilies, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
Tamarind chutney for garnish
Green chutney (optional)
Sev or pomegranate for garnish
