🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

🍗 Lemon Garlic Chicken
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon 🍋
• 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste



🍄 Sautéed Mushrooms
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms (button or cremini)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
• Salt & pepper to taste



🧄 Lemon Garlic Alfredo Sauce
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• Zest and juice of ½ lemon 🍋
• Salt & pepper to taste



🥔 Golden Herb Potatoes (or Pasta Option)
• 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced (or 8 oz pasta, cooked al dente)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
• Salt & pepper to taste



🍃 Garnish
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• Additional grated Parmesan cheese



🔥 Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken
• In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
• Toss chicken strips in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
• Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 3–4 minutes per side.
• Keep warm.



2. Sauté the Mushrooms
• In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
• Add mushrooms and garlic.
• Sauté until mushrooms are golden brown and tender, about 5–7 minutes.
• Season with salt and pepper to taste.
